The Myrtle Hill Subdivision is a covenant community, overseen by the Myrtle Hill Homeowners Association, Inc. which was established on April 16, 1993.

Myrtle Hill, located quietly within the fast-developing city of Zachary, Louisiana, is just 10 miles (16 km) north of Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport. Residents can feel safe, tucked away in this charming and peaceful neighborhood.

Each year, more and more families are relocating to Zachary, as its public schools consistently surpass statewide education standards. The Zachary Community School District notes, “For the 2021 school year, there are 7 public schools serving 5,519 students in Zachary Community School District. This district's average testing ranking is 10/10, which is in the top 10% of public schools in Louisiana.”
