Per §6.2 of the covenants and restrictions, an annual assessment of $50 is required from each lot owner.
A $25 late fee will be assessed if your payment is postmarked after August 31 unless noted otherwise.
For a service period of January 1 to December 31, dues are typically collected between July 1 through August 31.
