How can I attend HOA meetings?
An invitation to join HOA meetings will be emailed to all members approximately one week prior. Contact us if you do not receive this email.
HOA meetings are tentatively scheduled for each quarter on the third Thursday. If held in person, they usually take place at Zachary's Public Library. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Finances
Our Treasurer maintains records of all financial transactions and period financial reports. Soon after they are finalized, these documents are made available by clicking the above button.
What are my fees used for?
Expenditures include, but are not limited to, street signs, maintenance of landscaped areas, water utilities near main entrance, a P.O. box, a website domain, and printed signs/placards.
