Committees
Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Architectural Committee approves plans and specifications for new residences, out buildings, fences, additions, and modifications. This committee addresses compliance issues pursuant to our covenants and restrictions only.
Budget Committee
The budget committee creates and maintains fiscal responsibility. It reviews and approves budgets that are submitted. This committee creates and oversees the standards and best practices to implement and update our spending and resource allocation plans.
